I’ve been working with Halcyon for 6 weeks now and have found them understanding, flexible and a pleasure to work for. They have a great range of shifts which you can book in easily via their app, they pay on time every week, and are always available if you need support. I have yet to have a negative experience with them and look forward to continuing to work with them. I work for them as overtime alongside my main job and they have been incredibly understanding regarding my availability and have never pressured me to pick up more shifts than I ask for.

I have worked with and for Halcyon for a month now and they have been absolutely accomodating! They give you shifts that suits your availability, and I am very thankful for that as I am a single mum. It is quite difficult to find a job during school hours, but they made it happen. I am grateful for all their efforts in giving me shifts that suits around my availability.

I have nothing negative to say about Halcyon agency or any member of staff. The application process was so quick and easy. I haven’t had any issues or concerns and I have been with them for 4 months now. I moved from Worcester and Tina still managed to find me work in Swindon. Also, I get paid the right amount every Friday.

Always had really consistent work from Halcyon, all the consultants are lovely and have always listened to the kind of setting I enjoy working with. Typically found they pay better than most, but work with them because of the service they provide as well.

I first came across Halcyon in 2021 and explained that as a new provider in this sector, I am seeking to establish extremely high standards which naturally will stem from the quality of the Staff. Both James and Rhys were extremely professional and got immediately what I was seeking. This was reflected from day 1 in the high quality of candidates being introduced.
Fundamentally I dealt with Rhys, and very quickly I saw that I could work with him for now and the long term as he was extremely efficient, personable and knowledgeable. Prior to Halcyon, I had dealt with three other recruitment consultants and just wasn’t satisfied with the all-round service and professionalism which made me explore other options to recruit staff. However, a chance introduction to Halcyon has now hopefully established a long-term relationship where we can go to for high-level management staff as and when required for our Homes.
